Our Content
Original articles, site design, graphics and branding are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Third-party images, video, quotations and trademarks remain subject to the rights of their respective owners or licensors.
Copyright Concerns
If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, send a detailed notice through our Contact page or to mfjbiz@gmail.com. Include the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, the exact URL of the material, your contact information, the basis for your claim, and any information reasonably necessary for us to evaluate it.
Formal DMCA Notices
If you are submitting a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, your notice should include the elements required by applicable law, including identification of the copyrighted work and allegedly infringing material, contact information, required good-faith and accuracy statements, and a physical or electronic signature. A formal statutory notice should be sent to the legally designated agent, if one has been registered for the site operator.
Counter-Notices
If material you submitted was removed in response to a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may contact us with the information necessary to evaluate a lawful counter-notice.
Repeat Infringement
Where appropriate and legally required, we may restrict users or contributors who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.
